To stress once more the unchanged attitude toward the ultimate goal, which is not the “liberation of the territories” but the “restoration of the land of Palestine to its people” and the ensuing annihilation of the Jewish nation (Israeli withdrawal from the territories is only one step toward the ultimate goal), I will list a few articles of the infamous Palestinian National Covenant, as amended in Cairo in July 1968 (to a yet fiercer and more radical stand).

Article 9) Armed struggle (i.e. terrorism) is the ONLY way to liberate Palestine and is therefore a strategy and not tactics. The Palestinian Arab people affirms its absolute resolution and abiding determination to pursue the armed struggle and to march forward toward the armed popular revolution, to liberate its homeland and return to it... (emphasis and remarks in parenthesis made by me).

“The armed popular revolution” signifies the participation of the entire people in the war against Israel, as is the case in the “intifada” uprising. The aim of annihilating the State of Israel and the “liberation” of all its territories ELIMINATES the possibility of a political solution.

Article 7) 0utlines the upbringing of Palestinians in an Arab and Revolutionary Fashion, preparing the child for the conflict and “armed struggle” against Israel, forging Palestinian Consciousness “by all means,” ...which expresses itself in inconceivable outbursts of hatred as presently witnessed but not reported by the media. 

Article 15) The liberation of Palestine, from an Arab viewpoint, is a national duty to repulse the Zionist, Imperialist Invasion from the Great Arab Homeland, and to PURGE the ZIONIST PRESENCE from Palestine.

Article 18)  Warfare against Israel is legal, wheras Israel's self-defense is illegal.

Article 19) The Partitioning of Palestine on Nov. 29, 1947 and The Establishment of Israel is fundamentally null and void, whatever time has elapsed, because it was contrary to the wish of the people of Palestine...

Article 20) The Balfour Declaration, the Mandate Document, etc., are considered null and void... Jews are not one people with an independent personality.

Fedayeen theory: since the Jews have no real nationalism, terror will cause their disintegration to the point that they will consent to relinquish Jewish statehood.

Egyptian Colonel Muhammad Safwat wrote in “Israel the Common Enemy,” p.233: “Always keep in mind, that Israel will disappear entirely out of existence if you do not make peace with her.” The conception that the Jews do not constitute a national entity is a vital principle for the Arab position.

Article 21) Palestinians, expressing themselves through the armed revolution (murdering defenseless, innocent civilians, whether men or women, child, young or old) reject EVERY solution that is a substitute for a COMPLETE LIBERATION⁶⁵ (i.e. annihilation).

Article 22) Zionism is a political movement organically related to world imperialism and hostile to all movements of liberation and progress in the world. It is racist and fanatical in its formation; aggressive, expansionist and colonialist in its aims; and fascist and Nazi in its means. Israel is the tool of the Zionist movement and a human and geographical base for world imperialism.

Articles 9 and 11) ONLY the Palestinians possess the RIGHT of self-determination and the entire country belongs to them.

Friends, although I have covered only briefly the origin, history and true depth of this conflict, I believe I have given you enough information to be able to come to this one realization: the Arabs neither seek nor wish peaceful co-existence with Israel, and no amount of sacrifice on Israel's part will change this. And if you, my friends, do not discern the Satanic forces frantically opposing the will of G-d, and instead become partners in this devilish scheme, you will be drawn into a devastating maelstrom without remedy, and you will share in the judgment upon the nations who harassed, opposed, persecuted and oppressed the “armies of the Living G-d.” Neither church-membership, certificate of baptism, born-again experience, nor baptism with the Holy Spirit will avail.

For indeed, “... who is this uncircumcised Philistine, that he should defy the armies of the Living God?" And [the house of] David [shall] answer(ed) the Philistine (Palestinian Arafat), “You come to us with terror, with suicide bombers, mortars and international pressure, but we come to you in the Name of the L-RD of hosts, the G-d of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied. …the L-RD will deliver you into our hands, and we will strike you down, and cut off your head [Arafat]; and we will give the dead bodies of the host of the Palestinians that day to the birds of the air and to the wild beasts of the earth; that all the earth may know that there is a G-d in Israel, and that all of Israel may know that the L-RD saves not with tanks and missiles; for the battle is the L-RD’s and He will give the PA into our hands!”

Remember Yeshua’s words: “He who is not for Me is against Me,” and “He who does not gather with Me, scatters.”⁶⁶ Your inertia, passivity and indifference would come under the criterion of this Judgment⁶⁷. 

Let me encourage you to read the account of the battle of Israel with Amalek in Exodus 17:8-16, and Moses' words in Deuteronomy 25:17-19. For the L-RD has war with Amalek from generation to generation, and to this purpose commanded a memorial to be written. He also commanded the House of Israel NEVER TO FORGET what Amalek did to them. Indeed, every generation of our people has encountered an “Amalek,” Hitler being the most recent, followed by Nasser, the PLO and the Arab League. Because King Saul did not obey G-d's command to utterly blot out Amalek from under heaven, G-d rejected him from being king over Israel. 

And shall you rule with Messiah from Jerusalem, while making common cause with “Amalek” by supporting his devious aims with your passivity and indifference? 

Remember also Balaam who enraged G-d by going over to Balak, king of Moab (king of Jordan?) Even now the Arab League nations and the PLO say: “Come now, curse this people for me, since they are too mighty (militarily) for me; perhaps I shall be able to defeat them and drive them from the land…” Balaam’s donkey was more discerning than he, seeing the Angel of the L-RD came to withstand Balaam, because his was was perverse before G-d⁶⁹.

Beware my friends that it does not happen to you as it did to Balaam, whom G-d eventually dismissed to follow his own heart. For the promised treasure (comparable to today's oil) Balaam was willing to curse Israel, yet ended up blessing her even against his will. But he himself died the death of the wicked, executed upon him by Israel's sword⁷⁰.

And know that you are doing the will of G-d and are pleasing and glorifying Him!

65 This article 21 is the particular setting for Arafat’s refusal of the extremely generous offer by former Prime Minister Ehud Barak. It either is ALL or NOTHING! Arafat knew that if he would accept this offer the world would say that the Palestinians got an excellent deal, and any further terror acts would turn the world against him and his PA. He had to maintain this one trump in his hands – the Palestinian plight for a homeland. He HAD to refuse!
